Affiliating your show

Our aim is to have at least one qualifying show within easy reach of everyone throughout the UK. However, there are still some gaps in the map which we are anxious to fill. If there is NOT a qualifying show within easy reach of you, we’d appreciate it if you would ask your local show secretaries to apply for affiliation. You can use your existing judges, or you can find one on our Recommended Judges List (Click here to download)

There is no cost to affiliate your show

What you need to do . . .
No forms are necessary! Just email to enquiries@eqconcoursgb.com with the show details. We need to know the following: Name of Show, Date, Show Secretary, Address of Venue and the Show Secretary's address so we can send you the affiliation pack. If you have a link to your schedule or online entry system, please let us know and we'll help promote your show.

Wording to be included inside your schedule is as follows:

First, second and third placed horses/ponies not already qualified in eligible classes will qualify for the Champion of Britain Title classes to be held at Onley Equestrian Centre, Rugby, Warwickshire on Saturday 24th & Sunday 25th August 2024. If a horse/pony has already qualified, cards may be handed down to 6th place at judge’s discretion. Each qualified horse/pony will receive a qualification card in the ring which will enable the owner to enter the Championship Show, provided the owner and rider/handler are, or become registered with the Concours d’Elegance Society within 21 days of the qualifying show. Your qualification cards will be sent to you. The cards may be signed by either Judge, steward or show secretary – you may sign the cards in advance to save your Judge’s time in the ring if you wish. Qualification may be handed down as far as sixth place if the Judge feels there is sufficient merit.
